Hi All,

Have just joined TS and find the threads really interesting and helpful.

I'm a runner turned 'Aged Tourer' (64) and general leisure cyclist! I ride a Surly LHT. Just love the bike and can't beleive how comfortable it is on long rides.

My longest trip so far is Lands End in Cornwall to John O'Groats in Scotland. Covered 932 miles in 13 days, mainly in rain, but ay.... this is the UK.

Thanks. You would be doing JOGLE then!! It's a great ride but Devon and Cornwall are the worst part.
