MID SECTION & AEROBIC WORK:
20 minutes of Yoga with
Crunches, Leg Raises, Hyperextension’s
CHEST:
Dumbbell Chest Press (4x14) #25
Cable Crossovers, Pec Dec or Incline Fly’s (4x14) #45
BACK:
Wide Grip Pulldown (4x14)
Seated Lat Row (4x14)
SHOULDERS:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press (4x14 #25)
BICEPS:
Barbell Curls (4x14 #60)
TRICEPS:
Triceps Press Machine or bench dips (4x14) #45
Pulley Pushdown (4x14) #55
LEGS:
Leg Press (4x10) #550
Semi-stiff Legged Deadlifts (4x15)#135
Leg Curl (4x14) #35
Calf Raises (4x30 #550) on leg press machine
Worked fast, little rest. Feel great but I’m tired and I am sure I’ll have the DOMS tomorrow!

Biker, I stay so busy I don't know how I had time to work!

I've retired in 2002

Sold/gave business to employees and that's that.
