I'm thinking I'm pretty excited. Just got the call from my wife, who left to go to NoVa elaier today I'm the proud Papa of another Granddaughter this evening! I can't wait to get up there and meet her tomorrow!!!
Yippee!!!!! Congratulations Sir Rola!! It’s was a good day indeed. I’m very happy for you and your growing family.
I'll just post this real quick and be on my way. My first granddaughter LOVES her mother and tries to be like her in almost every way. That says a lot to me, she a happy, bubbly and very intelligent 2 year old who picks things up almost to quickly This just represents her way of thinking with her new sissy. Obviously I'm not sure she comprehends the whole thing but she knows it's her sissy and like momma wants to take care of her new little sissy. Of all the photos I got of her the past few days this represents my first granddaughter to a T. When she saw momma feeding the new baby she ran and got her doll and bottle an sat next tp Nana to feed her baby I just can't tell you what a joy these 2 are.
Well...then there is this utilitarian aspect of spinning the cranks https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1228685414170483
Decided to take a look at the advertisement on TS. Is this for real? Full suspension TREK bicycles for $69‽ Even if entry level, these prices are too good to be true. Right?
Seen that on other sites. That may be $69.00/month on a payment plan but they aren't really saying that.
Often while riding this time of year, I see dark areas on the roads where some type of nut has fallen from trees and the vehicles are crushing them. Most often it is acorn, hickory or walnuts. During my ride today, I wondered if anyone has been hit with some type of nut while riding past a nut tree. [other TS members as “nuts” don’t count]
I haven't been hit by one but the week before last week we were at a cabin in PA, in the park is a 8 or 9 mile paved bike/riding trail. I did a 10k run on it and acorns continually were falling around me like rain whenever I was in the wooded area. It was bizarre as I'd never seen that happen before, and I've spent a lot of time in the woods. I was ducking as I ran a few times as I heard nuts dropping through the trees en masse. At one point a nut landed directly in front of me on the pavement and BOUNCED back up at least 8 feet, like a frigging ball! An acorn, weird.
Just out of curiosity I went through the order process a bit and it keeps saying total is the unbelievable price. Super scammy. Their site's certifications at the bottom don't even link to anything, just thumbnail pics.
I was sitting thinking as I get ready to go into work at 3 AM what a kick in the nuts a 3714.00 repair bill on my Tundra was. Had a growling noise in the front of the motor which I kind of suspected was my water pump and it was but got other bad news. My rear axle bearings were sh!t and what the hell while your're in there might as well replace the rear brakes and W.T.F. lets through in that 8 quarts of synthetic oil for an oil change too. Tundra holds more oil than any vehicle I've ever know...oh and yea, last year I got to replace a 1300.00 alternator! Merry F'n Christmas to me
