Although we are fortunate to have a really excellent trainer as one of our members, please use common sense, and remember that anything posted is only a general suggestion. Twospoke.com cannot be held liable for the information contained herein.

You should never attempt any new exercises, such as those mentioned in the fitness forum, without a thorough evaluation from a trusted personal trainer, strength coach, athletic trainer, physical therapist or sports chiropractor. To do so without their consent, is to do them at your own risk.

You should ALWAYS get your physician's clearance to begin or modify any exercise program.
