Some netizens asked: Is cycling 20 kilometers high intensity? If you say that you ride 20km in the wild in a short period of time, it is definitely a high-intensity exercise, but if you say that you ride 20km for a whole day or a week, it is not a high-intensity exercise at all.

In the process of measuring whether an exercise is high-intensity, we must control the time of the exercise and pay attention to our heart rate at all times, so that we can finally see the training intensity. It's not that we set a goal of cycling 20 kilometers, the sport has to be considered high-intensity. Maybe we spend a week or a month to complete this ride, and the entire ride reaches 20 kilometers, which is not considered a high-intensity exercise.

An ebike is not high intensity unless you forgot to charge the battery.
