yeah rust sucks. once it starts it never goes away. i've been fighting rust too. so far i'm winning, but i don't know for how long....

i'm doing some body work right now just to make it look a little bit better. and in the fall i'm hoping to get a cheap, or rather inexpensive paint job. my clear coat is peeling pretty bad right now on the driver side.

do a rusto-job. do something like bright yellow or orange.

It'll look awesome. I actually want to do it myself.

Proud owner of a 98 XJ here. Love mah Cherokees! I had an 88 before this one, then that stopped running right, and I gave it to my uncle because I commute half an hour to school daily, so I couldn't so anything with it at the time (start of my second semeser). When I crashed my 99 Mystique, I was looking for other cars to replace it, I found my current Jeep and had to get it.

I've always thought those double-headlights on the Waggy XJs looked weird, but in a cool way.

I currently own an '08 JK Unlimited, 4 door. Basically stock, added rock rails and a few minor things. Since the 70's I've owned a full size Wagoneer, an XJ, a WJ, and a lifted TJ.

Bike wise, I've owned a Schwinn, a Trek and a Raleigh, plus some bikes as a kid, many years ago.
