Hi there,
I am looking to buy a Looking for classic-look road bike. My budget is around $500'ish. I don't mind steel frame/alloy frame, used or new. I just want a nice road bike for lake cruising and city travel.

Any recommendation. I want one to grow old with & also potential future resale value.

Check Craigs List for your area. Ya have to sift through a lot of Wallgoose crap bikes but the gems pop up every once in a while.

Allso check the yard sales, last year after I got my Jamis I found a his and hers set of Raleigh road bikes for $150 for the pair (crying) thay were like brand new
