Okay, okay, I admit it: I have an addiction. I absolutely love coffee.

I have a couple cups a day, and prefer French roast or something similar.

I personally am a believer that it isn't as bad as it is cracked up to be, in moderation. Plenty of studies have been done touting it's benefits.

Any other caffeine addicts here?

Yup, I'm an addict. I'm drinking a cup (actually, it's a huge stainless steel spill proof mug like thing) of Organic Colombian. I forget the brand, but Costco has the stuff and it's pretty reasonably priced. I make it in a French press to extract every bit if caffeinated goodness.

I'm not a coffee fan but I am addicted to caffeine just in a different form. I can't go all day without enjoying a crisp dr. pepper or cola. It doesn't really hop me up or get me going in any kind of way, I just enjoy the taste of having one.

New favorite= starbucks white chocolate mocha. I can't spend 5 bucks on coffee very often, but I needed the boost to get the energy to fix my truck. Can't get to a new riding spot I wanna check out without the truck. A lowered mustang isn't good for driving through a creek. lol

Coffee is actually pretty good for you. The bad is when you aren't accustomed to it and it NOT a habit; the ups and downs actually have more of a negative effect than just drinking coffee regularly. My girlfriends mom lives in Seattle so we get all sorts of coffees flown in every week. The house always smells great in the mornings!

Quad espresso every morning before work, homebrewed (costco beans) to poor to buy buckies. Ever watch pro bike races? coffee before the race starts, then slam a coke at the summit of a climb before the downhill section, it is completely natural sweeeeeeeeeeeet! J.

Heh, I'm not usually big on coffee because my stomach doesn't let me have it often, but I figure if the grocery store I work at is selling a Keurig B44 this coming week (hopefully for cheap!) I might try it and see how I can adapt. Also, they sell K-cups with cocoa and tea, so what's not to like!
