Moots is here?
No, but a Moots fan complained that there was no Moots thread of any sort. You should see her here at some point today.
Have you added Moots to the manufacturers?
That would be me. I told him that there was no love for Moots here so I felt like the dark haired step child.
He started this thread so I felt like I better join here. You know, so his efforts won't go un noticed.
You owe me.
Diggin' it. Or rather...you can.
Eight gallons in the yard right now, and we'll pick up the rest tomorrow.
Third year now. And counting.
Maybe this will be your year.
Doubt it. Getting used to false statements.
You mean empty promises? OK, I'll see about making an effort this year.
Any one here have a Moots? I'd love to see them!!
I'd like to see some Moots as well. I'd especially like to see one in my garage....make that living room.
I'd take a Lynskey over a Moots.
Are you planning on getting a Moots anytime soon? Maybe Santa can stuff one down your fireplace.
I have made many visits to the Lynskey site but have never seen one in person. Another forum I frequent has more negative viewpoints on Lynskey frames than positive, which I admit have swayed my opinon of the manufacturer.
I just returned to cycling about 6 months ago. If I keep after it for another 12 months and disposable income permits I may reward myself next humbug season.
I've only seen them in person, at Interbike. It's very cool to watch a titanium hardtail flex an inch vertically.
 Correction. That was a Jones:
Whatever you do, stay away from Litespeed. I've heard a lot about frame breakage.....google it, you'll see.
Welcome back to cycling! What I tried to do to save is this: Every time I wanted something extra....that cute little blouse that I didn't need, or that fattening Starbucks that I don't HAVE to have.... I just put that money away in a jar. Seriously! I ended up putting away at least 80 bucks a week. And that adds up! The more you save, the closer you get to your goal and the more you will WANT to save.
When I finally went to order the bike, I ended spending more than my budget allowed so I had to owe. But it got paid off!
