    So...Motobecane...
I ride a moto titanium road bike and absolutely LOVE it. It has many thousands of miles on it flawlessly, NEVER an issue. Wonderful bike. Fast, light, well made, nice looking(other than the name tag, no snob factor with Motobecane).

    BUT...

There are a couple big reasons to pass a moto by, though.
1-They are only sold mail order
2- they are only sold mail order.

You can't try one on. You can't see the build quality. You can't test ride it.
    Those are big reasons...big.

I don't recommend them to others for those reasons- You can't test ride one.

    However....
The bike may be the bike for you...
    It was for me.

I had a motobecane mirage for a year or two. Mine was the steel frame model and I got it from bikeisland for 250 bux cause it had some scratches on the fork. I sold it to a guy I work with for 200. It was okay for an entry level bike.
    Here's a picture of it.
