Mountain bike trigger shifters on drop bars right side only lol

I'm getting rid of my microshift bar end shifters my right side Of my PNW Coast Drop gravel handlebars to Shimano Deore SL-m4100 trigger shifter right I-Spes EV 10 speed with Wolftooth ISEV 31.8mm handlebar mount and Wolftooth green Alloy bar end plug on Soma Saga Disc Touring bicycle. And my right hand is hurting me lately

I have a question has any ever done this?
And when I get this done I'll update pictures

I know it's a preference thing but both my hands would hurt where your brifters are. I like mine farther down into curve of the bars where the flat part of top of bars and brifter intersection angle is lesser to keep wrists straighter. This position is where my hands are most of the time. Also makes it easier to reach bottom of brake levers whenever using the drops.
