Maybe it's not the outfit :D If you are bouncing in the saddle causing other bouncing issues, slow the cadence or a better fit or both. You shouldn't generally move a whole lot from the waist up. All guesses on my part since I don't to much of an issue with that :D

Stand on the pedals, with your knees bent, over the roughest part of the road and pedal standing. AFAIK, there's no outfit that will help smoothen out a rough ride.

I might suggest heading over to Runners World and searching for support bras. Runners deal with this issue regularly and there are some great products that may help out your case.

Just a thought and worth a shot.

theres a few rough roads where I ride, not really bouncing in the saddle.
I knew a response to this would be trouble for me :) sorry I just couldn't resist :eek:

duct tape







Okay seriously though, also make sure your elbows are loose. Stiff arms move you more, easier to lose control and fatigue you a lot faster.
That was gonna be my reply! So let me add, Ace wrap and then duct tape. ;)
