Newbie from Georgia

    Have just started riding with my wife and son about 3 weeks ago
    I am 51 yrs old and out of shape,looking for some good exercise

    Smith nice to see you here and I too am from Georgia. I see however that you are from North Georgia and I am on the East coast about 60 miles from Jacksonville Florida.
