As I ended a post on a what's in your water bottle thread. I m no longer using bars, gels, chews, or any other processed energy products for on or off the bike fueling. I have off the bike covered but I am wondering if anyone has some ideas for unprocessed low or no sugar on the bike nutrition. I don't usually need anything for rides of four hours or less so whatever I bring needs to keep well in a jersey pocket. Thanks in advance.
