I'm out in the suburbs of Philly, riding road and mountain bike in Bucks County. There are some good cycling clubs here, and also trails you can ride without needing to join a club. Let me know if you have questions.

MTB: Here's a list of places to ride MTB in the area: http://www.bikevmb.com/trailfinder There's also a greater Philly area MTB meetup group: http://www.meetup.com/mountainbiking/
If you've already ridden the single-track at Nockamixon, you might try High Rocks (click the link on the BikeVMB page for more info)
Road: You can join some group road rides with either http://www.cbbikeclub.org/ or http://suburbancyclists.org/ (both will let you ride a few rides with them without joining)
