Yup, I've been following it elsewhere; Andre Steed is the name of the victim. He was on his way to a self-made career in the legal field, coming up from the MAIL ROOM!
Now, because of some idiot on a bike, riding the wrong way on a street in early evening, his life and future are gone. And NO witnesses came forward until the law firm posted a $10K reward.
Last I knew, the investigation was dead in the water, no leads other than an average-sized white kid (young adult?) on a white mountain bike.
Hope they not only catch this two-wheeling travesty of humanity, but that he burns in hell for it.
