So next year we can expect to see the Flatwoods Park Pork Chop and Gator Tail Festival? With various clumsy hunters' parts as appetizers?

    It's the Florida way. :D

Wow! I was imagining a totally different way of using dogs in the hunt. What a barbecue there could be!

You got your bike just in time to be eaten by a bear .... lucky timing.

From the past weekend’s ride. This is a world famous trout destination - Little Red River. Fished this river many times.

These flags represent my riding life this year. Always standing out at full attention :D

Rode out towards Middleex today. It's one of my favorite places to ride. Plus you always get the added benefit of the "breezes" out that way :D
The views over the Piankatank river are always worth a minute or two of your ride time to take in for just a few seconds.
This is from the ride out and looking out towards the Mobjack Bay

This is coming back and looking the towards the Dragon Run, Deep Point, Freeport Landing which was were we used to put our boat in the water. We have many hours of pulling the kids and tubing out there as well as the kids pulling me...which is always interesting.

    I agree rola.
It’s amazing how the life related cobwebs clear the longer I ride. Answers become clearer and stress is mostly gone for the time being.
In the craziness of the past few months. Everyone needs this.

Today I rode a section of a century I’m trying to put together.
I saw new pavement months ago and knew it had to be added, because there are a couple steep climbs and a gnarly fast descent.

These are pics from that ride.

Deltaville and Stingray Point have become one fo my favorite rides. TONS of rich folks sail in here and spend the summer. I can't tell you how folks I passed, albeit on beach cruisers, leaving the marinas into town for morning coffee and brunch. Such and awesome sight to see.
    IMG_8705.JPG IMG_9566.JPG

This is also the first group ride I did that I was introduced to a mid ride Coke. Stopped into that very corner mart and just to memorialize that fact. Stopped and crabbed a quick one :D
