1: Back pain after shaking the bike for more than ten seconds. Reason: step down before the bicycle swings in place, causing lateral force on the waist and causing backache. In a normal posture, there is almost no stress on the waist, and when you shake the bicycle for several kilometers in a row, you will not have backache. When you shake the bicycle from one side to the other, the amplitude is large and the movement should be rapid, while the change in the handlebar amplitude is small during the pedaling process.

2: Sore knees. Reason: divide the front knee and the back knee (the foot that is stepped on is the front foot). If the forefoot knee is sore, it is reflected in the feeling of soreness when pedaling, and it may still be caused by the insufficient power of the bicycle. If the knee is sore on the back foot, it is reflected in the soreness of the foot when walking up from the back. Indicates that the force is not correct. Normally, the hind foot is almost useless.

3: It is not easy to control the direction when rocking the bicycle. Reason: You are not skilled enough to shake the bicycle, so you should practice more, because the bicycle swings left and right when the bicycle is shaken, which may easily cause the handlebar to be unstable. Usually, you can use a lower riding speed and a larger ratio to shake, and have enough time to carefully understand the force of the feet, hands and waist.

There is nothing I could say about that ... it says itself perfectly.
