I really need to stay out of my LBS's. I came across this 2005 Raleigh Prestige frame and had to have it.

What can I say.. I'm a Raleigh guy..

Its Carbon and Alloy. The seat and head tubes are Alloy. The stays, down and top tubes are carbon. The carbon tubes are butted with alloy where they meet the alloy tubes and welded together.

All the black is carbon.. Other than the paint under the word Raleigh on the seat tube and the front of the head tube.

Built it up and sold it late last year. Wish I still had it...

I bought a used Raleigh for one of our commuter projects, and it's not a bad bike. Seems like they slipped for a while, but are back to making good bikes.
