I was wondering if Shimano makes complete bikes? I had a friend and it seemed like everything on his bike was Shimano..

Nope.

Shimano only makes groups and wheels.

They used to offer seatposts and stems with their groups but this was quite a while ago.

There were also Shimano branded frames (again from another era) but I'm not sure who actually made those.
