I have been running Cyclistats for years and love it.

Try it and play with it, it does about anything you could ask, I think.

Too much attention detail for me; takes away from the ride. Went through a period when I would have used that -- right before a broken wrist put me off the bike for a month. After getting back on, it's all been about the ride experience, not numbers. About all I track is commute time anymore.

Yes and do what you enjoy, for sure!!!

I am trying the weight control program for a month just to see if it will help at all.

It ties into the Cyclistats program so we'll see how it goes. Wish it would tie into my lifting but I haven't had time to check every part of the program yet.

I'm cycling to lose weight, but I think that would steal the adventure aspect. I really don't know how much I'm losing or gaining but I feel better. Maybe if I were more serious or were training for something.
