Soy

What soy products are you referring to?

I've used soy based protein powder, and have even heard that mixing soy and whey protein powder is recommended. But you have to be careful when using any of it, if you are not exercising enough, or drinking enough water, it will negatively impact your kidneys.

i always though that soy products were for the "Nelsons" of the world.then one day a friend of mine left one of those cartons of Westsoy Vinilla milks in my fridge.i got curious and opened it and tried it.have been hooked on it ever since!! tastes like liquid wheaties to me!!but ntomczek is right.make sure you get plenty of exercise when you drink it,as it is pretty heavy in your stomach.i usually just wet my cereal with it just enough.that seems to do the trick.it makes a good cream substitute for my a.m. coffee too! ride on
