I can say this, diet is probably key and I eat well but unless I'm not eating the right thing{s) I have a tendency to cramp in my calves when it's hot. I can ride through that pretty easy anymore but when I get that "twinge" in the quad region...that's a hard one to work through, not impossible but a lot more difficult
If I use Endurolytes I have little to no cramping so I'm not sold solely on the diet thing unless I can be shown or told what to change in my diet

Having said that, obviously, my body is deficient in something but is it because it needs more and gets depleted faster as I ride that I don't get enough of regularly in my diet ?
I did buy and use the SportsLegs and found no benefit from their use whereas the Endurolytes seem to work well for me.
