Just wanted to remind you all to wear SUNSCREEN out there! I've had a few skin cancer scares, so I nag anyone and everyone about this! Even if it's cloudy out!!




They have spray-on sunscreen now, so you don't even have to be bothered to rub it in. the higher spf the better!!!!!

I'll back you up on this one Jon! I wear sunscreen all the time, especially on my face. That pretty tan isn't gonna look so pretty in a few years when you are having pieces of it scraped off, so yes, wear your sunscreen, re-apply, and the higher the SPF the better!
The new spray on kinds tend to be less greasy and oily plus 10 times less annoying and faster to put on!

Kinda late, but I'll third this. I just yoinked a continuous spray bottle of Coppertone Sport SPF 30 for my Biking duffel, and that's kind of important what with it being summer and all (but it'll help in winter too! don't forget about UV reflection off of the snow!).

I seriously agree with having it on and with you when biking, even trail riding where there's a lot of shade sometimes.

I have some easy spray sun screen and a face stick in my biking backpack. Both very easy and quick. No rub-in necessary.

No doubt, sunscreen is a necessity.
