Dean, I agree 1000%. When did our judges start to de-criminalize crime?

When crime is longer crime, then law is no longer law -- then you have anarchy.

If that day ever really comes, we will sleep in shifts and my kids will learn how to kill. Sad thought.

Well, they only killed someone. It's not like they were smoking a joint.

I'm pretty sure that the penalty for getting caught with a bag of pot is harsher than what most drivers that kill cyclists get.
