    It doesn't appear to be a row-bike, so my guess is a downhill MTB wheelchair. Other than the obvious, I'm not sure how you'd get one.

    Look at her smile in that photo - she's just run into a tree, and looks downright giddy. That's awesome.

    But if they made a row-bike with a NuVinci hub, that would rock. Using the CVT would be perfect for that application.
