Actually this made me chuckle. They did "stop", when they hit the pavement. I hope they don't think it's the car's fault.

Reading the comments they did believe it was the cars fault and actually tried arguing that the car didn't stop so it was the cars fault.

You mostly hear about car drivers thinking they own the road, seems to be the opposite here.

Bike didn't stop (at least, not intentionally).
