Yup, the need for speed. When I read this article I felt like they were writting about me! Not because I am fast but because I tend to ride the same tempo every time I ride. I did get pretty good at doing some intervals this summer and did some pretty hard fast group rides but I feel like I have reached a platue and need to get past it. I've taken several steps to help with leg strength and more and different cardio and hope to see some real results in the late spring !
