A few weeks ago I broke the release lever off of my Specialized Pro Carbons riding across the street to get Sushi. Today, I broke the release lever off of my Sidi Dominator. Worst part is, I can't get my freakin' foot out of the shoe!

I did manage to get the shoe removed before I crashed. It just took some poking at the remaining piece of release lever with an allen wrench.

Look's like it's time for new shoes.

I could definitely go for a mind altering substance of some sort. This long day is getting longer. No call no show. To boot I hate the guy. I've never worked outside of food so forgive my ignorance but does this happen in offices?

Reactive hypoglycemia. My pancreas and liver really need to get together and talk more often.
