Thanks to everybody's tips, I've made some good improvements to my old Miyata 312. But I think about building me another bike. I've looked up, and it says that with my height and inseam I need 59 cm frame. I'm about 6'2".
And also with building a bike I don't wanna lose much money. Would it be cheaper just to get a new one? With the same components that I would get separate. What do you think about carbon frames that you can get for about $400 online? I just didn't feel much confident about them.

I am not sure what your budget is or what type of riding you want to do etc.
But over the years I have tried building up a few bikes, and usually by the time
I get done I could probably have bought a new bike for less money, and been
able to take advantage of more fitting options at the bike shop.

But if you know exactly what you want to end up with, and are comfortable
with the sizing, you can certainly find some nice deals on frames and parts
on Ebay. Not sure about carbon, but certainly you can find some good used
TI frames out there.
