    I haven't been on a bike since I was a kid and I'm finding it exhausting. Any body do anything special to get back into shape after a hiatus in cycling?

    Ride more. Rest more. Drink more water. Once you have a decent base, do intervals.

    Start slow. You can't spend all day on it even though you want to.
