Neither I cheated and rode Innsbrook in Zwift last night Speedy to I tell ya! I REALLY don't understand people who "claim" to love climbing The ride back down is fast and fun but other than that, naw, no thank you! I don't have the right mindset I think is my problem
I don’t LOVE climbing but i must admit to enjoying a good climb. I get two things from it:
1) better fitness
2) sense of accomplishment.
As for descents, i care very little for straight line descents. Give me long, fast, twisty descents with banked turns.....i find this euphoric.

I’m very interested to learn (after a month of you riding vertical) if you believe hills helped increase your fitness.
