So Hazy and I were sharing a particular ride a friend of mine did and I posted the STRAVA ride for Hazy to see upon which he replied is that "the" Ben King...I was totally lost and took a few minutes to figure out exactly what he was looking at. One thing lead to another and another term I am vaguely familiar with came to my attention so I had to look.
Being a true flat lander this generally is not in my vocabulary...something I would like to change!
VAM = VAM is the Italian acronym for “ velocità ascensionale media” which basically translates as “average ascent speed”
