I want to share a new and more popular form of exercise - riding an electric bike! Electric bikes can be used not only for sports but also for commuting. Improve your health even while commuting. Research has shown that riding an e-bike can also provide a great workout as long as people ride correctly.

What are the benefits of half-hour cycling?

1. Release stress and get a good mood

30 minutes on a regular bike isn't enough much less on an electric bike or even a stationary exercycle.....unless recovering from injury, just starting out, riding with small kids, test ride after repairs or hammering time trial pace uphill.....GO MORE!!!!!!!
