Anthonyjoe30729, none of your pictures actually posted. You might want to repost. and.... welcome, unless you are an advertising bot like Lovesena.
I saw a guy on an e-fat bike yesterday, doing the electric-motorcycle thing down the street in the opposite direction. Since he was going the right way on the correct side of the road, I gave him my normal greeting ... whatever wave or nod or exclamation I happened to be feeling at that moment, not because he was a fellow cyclist, but because he was a fellow road-user and because he was out in the wind we could communicate. (It is harder to do that with people in boxes.)
I have no issue with people riding slow electric motorcycles in the bike lanes, per se .... they are Not bicycles any more than moped which use pedals to crank over the engine, but they are still welcome.
All the rest .... meh. if you don't know the rules of the road saty off the road (don't I wish I could enforce that.) But we all know these posts are just generic advertisements mass-posted across many fora to popularize e-bikes, and are almost certainly funded by an e-bike manufacturer or marketer .... and if not by a consortium of e-bike manufacturers or marketers.
