Well I got the thing installed. Let's hope that it has the desired effect of stiffening up the bottom end of the Trek. If not, I'll be on the hunt for a new frame if not just build something outright.
My friend Frankie said he noticed a difference after installing his so I'm hoping that it will give you the results you are looking for.
Me too. I will try to remember to come back and post an update once I am able to get outside and ride. Though, with some life events that have occurred that may be another two or three weeks.
I still have not been able to ride outdoors yet to see if this has helped any. Hopefully soon. I can't really tell anything with the bike on the trainer since its physically supported when mounted in the trainer.
