Pretty much my life today as my wife and I hiked over 1000 stairs today. Tomorrow should be all kinds of fun for my calves!

A place where your calves cry! At least I got to finish the hike with a brownie and cafe mocha!

It was actually fun to be in a little discomfort and not in the saddle.
