I have been running forums for a long time now myself Different niches are hard to get off the ground, I too have a cycling niche forum and its hard to populate. I think the best way to get it going is an active staff team. INTEGRATE is like the model staff member, he is really good at keeping the place active I run about 20 forums ranging from all different topics, some of them don't really get that active for like a year or so. However, I always suggest to those who are looking for more topics to post new topics themselves to initiate conversations Help the forum grow
