I've been on the shelf a little for the last few weeks with some back spasms. Today while watching a training DVD, something I saw made that all go away.

HOORAY!! Right? Wrong. I proceed to do 10 sets of Olympic bar dead lifts because I felt great, and crushed my legs for hill repeats tonight in the process.

While the back is, well, back, the legs were shooting rapid fire profanities in my direction. DO AS I SAY PEOPLE, NOT AS I DO!! :rolleyes:

INTEGRATE, in all honesty I think all trainers are evil people who like to watch others suffer. My PT kicked my ass today. It feels good, bad, good, sorta bad, you know how it goes. :)

Seriously, though, I think we all have faith in what you preach cause it makes sense. Also you provide evidence.

Now if you cant follow your own advice that is a personal problem ;)
