Can anyone give me suggestions or workout schedules? I'm not new to training schedules, I've ran many Marathons, and I want to work out as affectively as I can! Unfortunately I know very little about cycling schedules!

What specifically do you need? Strength training? On the bike? Event preperation? Let me know and let's see what we can cook up!

Thanks Rola! I realize I started the thread in the wrong category!! I don't have any races planned, I'd like to get a little more comfortable with my bike!! I guess I'd like to get stronger!! Mostly I'd like to see how far/ how fast I can go!!
