No serious crashes. I've only had stupid / goofing around injuries.
Just starting on a trail, heading across a dry creek bed, messing around getting comfortable not paying attention. Front wheel stopped and I slowly rolled over the handle bars and broke my left hand.
Who hasn't bloodied their shin/calf and felt really stupid on their first trek out with clipless pedals? I did it on the side of a ravine giving everyone a pretty good laugh.
Just when V-brakes came out, put my first set on for a ride in CO. They were super sensitive compared to canti-lever brakes. My left hand twitched and my front tire made contact with a larger rock at the same time and I did a Peter Pan over the handle bars going about 25mph.
