I have a pot hole in a bike lane. Traffic is always to thick to pass it. What's the worst part of your commute?

I have to ride on a quick stretch of busy highway with no shoulder. When I first started and couldn't move at fast it was no fun at all.

The 1st mile or so (except for the 1st 200 feet, which is always a renewing rush!), and the last 100 feet. I always start with a smile -- being back on the bike is HOME -- but getting the legs to flow is a chore. And when the end is in sight, my mind processes where I am, and the body says, "OK! Stop flogging!"
