Above video quality there's nothing more annoying than noise in a video which is something else you may want to consider for a purchase like this

I had received the full metal fenders from Christmas a few years back from my in-laws and they wouldn't work with my TCR due to extremely tight tolerances between the frame and the rear tire. Shame really, they were beautifully made!

I'd check out the Sony or Contour, GoPro uses a proprietary mount which will require adapters if you use a non-GoPro mout (think of a RAM Mount, etc).

Contour and Sony use a standard camera threaded base which makes designing your own mounts a lot easier since you can mix and match parts from RAM and third party vendors. Just my 2 cents.

a lot of that can be squared away with software, camera settings and using a good mount to stop vibration "pinging", something the GoPro mounts are notorious for.

After checking no way will they fit on my Fuji Roubaix. Same issue as your TCR.

I ended up going with a set of SKS clip-ons...not nearly as elegant a solution as the PDWs, but they got the job done.

Nothing. I purchased nothing. Took time off work to buy a new car, can't find exactly what I want, so I gave up. Ok, technically, I did buy something. The two taco combo with rice and beans from the little hole in the wall up the street is actually worth mentioning. But I left the house intending to make a big ticket purchase, and came home with Mexican food.

no sound on the sony when it is in its weatherproof case, you can adjust the mic sensitivity on the contour and you can use an external mic on it.

I like using the GoPro surfing/swimming underwater, you hear the bubbles and undersea water sounds
