The reason for the "poor dietary choices" is their addiction to food. Like using food as a medicine to mitigate disease processes, these people use it to feed their addiction to a feeling or to satisfy a psychological distinction. This is much like tobacco use.

These are far more damaging to individuals and society than opoids ever thought of being.

Those "people" have a special torture waiting for them in hell.

Let me wrap my head around your statement. So you're saying, if I go to Taco Bell by choice, instead of having fresh fruit, veggies and a small amount of lean protein, I'm addicted?
Don't know you well enough to answer the question.

Debated between a some pill popping [emoji381] and a donut this morning... Donut won out. [emoji507] [emoji15] but just barely

Actually, the primary difference is their social status, depending on what the pill was.

Donuts are essentially empty calories because of their high sugar content.

Granola with fresh fruit this morning. Will have to hold off on the meth [emoji19] or all out sprinkle addiction until tomorrow [emoji12]
Is my apple, salad and carrot sticks an addiction ? I eat that every lunch.
Seriously though maybe do have a mountain biking addiction. I get moody and all in a funk if I don't get a morning ride.

My body would reject that much nutrition all at once!

I can relate to this. Currently on about a 27yr old mtb addiction. That feeling doesn't go away......only cure - more riding.
